Charlotte Brown’s Funky Gibbon was inspired by the popular 70 song of the same name
This one is one of the star-spangled out-of-towners that we tracked down on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Bet he would pop into town to go clubbing on a Saturday night…
The Baptist Church is on the High Street through Chipping Sodbury, set back from the road, next to Lloyds Bank, for those of you looking for the church. You can’t see the gorilla from the road, so park near the shops and walk through the gates.
I really like his fancy footwear!
I don’t know if the song has worn that well, but I like to see the hairstyles, just great!
The Goodies do the Funky Gibbon!

I have tried replying via email and sometimes it seems to work and others not… never mind. Yes Funky Town, much better song! By coincidence it was on the Today programme the other morning. Apparently something to do with claims against the record companies and copyright. Anyway they played it over and over on the News programme. It was great!
Lets get on down… :D
